Three Good Things- Day Three (-ish)

Three good things: Jot down three things that went well for you each day and give an explanation as to why these good things occurred It's not going too well so far in regards to this, my aim was to get to 7 days but been so busy revising and now back at university I haven't had time, but here we go...
  1. Exams are over- I have finished all my revision and taken both my exams, feel good about them, managed to do every question without too much hesitation on a few so I have a good feeling about them
  2. Started doing yoga everyday- 15 mins in the morning and 15 minutes before bed, feel really good for it and enjoy it too. I didn't think I'd have time this morning as my exam was at 9am but managed to get up and do some
  3. Enjoyed some quiet time in my room; read some of my Life of Pi kindle book and then had a nap for an hour or so as I was so tired... I enjoyed the peace and calm nature of the day
