Websites:
The Dandelion Girl; another site created for self-discovery to help navigate yourself through life. I find this website particularly inspiring and helpful (both for those with and without an eating disorder)
Nourishing the Soul; a blog/website devoted to recovery, positive body image and healthy living. If you follow this link it will lead to a thought provoking article on The Love Body Pledge
The Headologist; I have found the resources and blog posts really helpful on this website- some of them are a bit wacky but give ideas in simple and in understandable/relatable ways. The newsletters are also nice to receive every now and again for an encouraging nudge! A free 'therapy session' is offered with author- I have not taken this up so I don't know what happens- I am not accountable!!
Fellow Bloggers:
ED Bites by Carrie Arnold; exploring recovery from eating disorders
An Anorexic With An Appetite by theanxiousfoodie; a blog written by a beautiful young girl who is one of my closest friends with posts ranging from poems and foodie finds to recommendations and day trips
Videos:
Sometimes it can be really helpful to talk things through with someone else... This video is one of the best I have seen around (even though its aimed for Childline users) to describe what can happen when you get help or if you are considering it....
A feel good/relaxing/lovely video can be found on The Secret website too.
